About me

I'm a technical writer and content strategist based in Minnesota.

I work on enterprise technology while the product—and the language used to explain it—is still taking shape. I partner with Product, UX, and Engineering to work out what people need to understand first, how concepts connect, and which distinctions the product leaves implicit but readers need spelled out.

Recommendations from my manager and colleagues

“She is an outstanding writer who displayed enormous growth while on my team. I threw her into the deep end when she started, having her work with me on AI feature documentation. In a short time, Sara was leading content strategy and development for those same features, in addition to solely owning the RPA content set.”

“She spearheaded the documentation efforts for one of the most demanding parts of the platform—our rapidly evolving AI capabilities. The work came with constant change, shifting priorities, and plenty of ambiguity, but Sara handled it all with grace.”
